Return & Refund Policy

At Joy in the Making, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns only under the following two conditions, and you must contact us prior to mailing a return.

1. Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. You must submit photos of packaging and the item. The photos will help us file a claim with the shipping company. 

2. Incorrect Item:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

All other returns are considered on an individual basis. You will be expected to provide clear photos of the item from all sides in order for a return to be approved. Please save the original packaging for return shipping.

Custom Orders:

For custom orders, a separate contract outlining specific agreements will be provided to ensure clarity on your order, as well as returns and refunds. Please review the contract thoroughly before proceeding with your custom order.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, and found to be in new condition, (unless return is due to damage) we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days, please allow time for your bank to apply the credit.
